1. Introduction

Welcome to Little Legends Events. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Legends Events website, services, and products (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

"Little Legends Events," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Little Legends Events, located at 6 Rainbow St, Brisbane QLD 4000, Australia.

"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity that has engaged Little Legends Events for services.

"Event" refers to the children's party, school celebration, workshop, or any other function organized by Little Legends Events.

3. Service Description

Little Legends Events provides themed children's parties, school celebrations, and interactive workshops across Brisbane. Our services include event planning, coordination, entertainment, decorations, and activities as specified in the booking agreement.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1. Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

4.2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total event cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

4.3. Late Payments

Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking. A late payment fee of 5% may be applied to outstanding balances.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date within 3 months.
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event: 50% of total event cost is payable.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: 100% of total event cost is payable.

5.2. Cancellation by Little Legends Events

In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will provide a full refund of any payments made. However, we will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you.

5.3. Weather Conditions

For outdoor events, we reserve the right to cancel or relocate the event due to adverse weather conditions. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative or reschedule.

6. Event Execution

6.1. Timing

Our staff will arrive at the agreed time for setup. The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed time. Any delay in access may result in reduced event duration or additional charges.

6.2. Supervision and Safety

While our staff will lead activities and entertainment, overall supervision of children remains the responsibility of parents or designated guardians. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs of participants.

6.3. Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate services if participants or guests display dangerous, offensive, or disruptive behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Property and Damages

Little Legends Events is not responsible for any damage to the venue or any property at the venue not caused directly by our staff. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for the use of the venue and for any damage caused by event participants.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use such material in our marketing unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the event.

9. Liability Limitations

Little Legends Events' liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Little Legends Events and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.
